The Observation Room 2009 Subscriber Red Poster 17" x 24" signed and numbered 22/50 by artist Todd Slater
"This print is inspired by an overlooked film in 2007 called Sunshine directed Danny Boyle. In the film a team of Astronauts are sent to re-ignite the dying sun 50 years into the future. Although it may not look like it at first glance the man in the image is actually looking out the window of a spaceship that is orbiting dangerously close to the sun. The print shows the maximum amount of sunlight (2%) that a human being can tolerate at that proximity. If you haven't seen the film I would recommend Netflix-ing it. Both the photography and the soundtrack are really sensational. Watch it on a big screen TV with the volume up (says the guy with the 30 inch, though I did see in the theater)."
